Spring Track Starts 3/23/23

Register For 2023 MVS Spring Coaching 


MVS Coaching Program is making a seamless transition from the Winter Indoor Program to the Spring Program.  The program is offered to all active members and will run for ten weeks, starting March 23,2023.   We continue to offer one or two sessions per week consisting of a Tuesday evening track session or a Thursday evening Hills, Drills, and Strengthening Skills session.   The program cost is $100 for 1-Session/week  and $165 for 2-Sessions/week.

Morning options for track and strengthening programs will be held if there is enough demand.  A question in the registration will help us determine whether those sessions will be offered.

Coach Sharon Johnson provides workouts that are designed to improve fitness for runners at all levels.
