Need a push? Our Couch-to-5K team is here to help!


An important tradition of the Feaster Five Road Race has been the Couch to 5K training program, which helps motivate and train race participants.

This training program is held in Andover, MA on the race course every Sunday for eight weeks.


No matter what your current level of run fitness is, our coached will help your overall running experience and keep you motivated through 8 weeks of comprehensive weekly workouts.
